What “newly licensed” means

Recency is based on CSLB’s original IssueDate—not when FreshTradeLeads first observed a record. Renewals and our first-seen date are different concepts.

Southern California definition

Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura counties.

Source transparency

Every report states its source-data-as-of date. Government records can change; buyers should verify current licensing status with the official CSLB license lookup before acting.
