FreshTradeLeads records limited first-party usage events: product-page views, sample downloads, checkout starts, completed payments, refunds, and paid-report downloads. Campaign parameters supplied in the URL may be associated with an order. This first-party order and campaign data is FreshTradeLeads’ authoritative source for evaluating the sales funnel.

When enabled for advertising campaigns, FreshTradeLeads uses the Meta Pixel to send PageView, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events to Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. These browser events may include the purchased product, value, currency, lead count, and a non-secret order event identifier, but FreshTradeLeads does not intentionally send report contents, payment-card details, or purchaser email addresses to Meta. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies and process information under its own privacy terms. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and Meta account settings may limit this tracking.

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. FreshTradeLeads receives the purchaser’s Checkout contact email, transaction identifiers, promotion/discount/refund details, and payment status needed to fulfill and support an order, but does not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic protection, TLS, and private-tunnel delivery and may process normal request metadata. Operational logs and order records are retained as needed to run, support, and troubleshoot the service. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
