Refund policy

Because reports are digital products delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once download access is provided. If a file is unavailable, materially defective, or does not match the product description, email [email protected] so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy offered.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Full refunds revoke report-download access; partial refunds do not change the original report contents or download period. The time for a refund to appear is determined by Stripe, the card network, and the buyer's financial institution.
